Sulfur City (Zolfanello City in Italian) is a dangerous and chaotic place, located in Hell. Only Devils live here, and is full of bickering, conflict, exploitation, and treachery—all considered good things here. This city is ruled by a court of powerful Devils called the Low Spheres (Basse Sfere in Italian). Their messengers are the Malebolge.
